I'm sorry, but the "slotted holes" cannot be modelled with Ubakus.

I could choose the predefined "Metall-Ständer (CW-Profil)" but how can I enter the thickness for the material of the steel profile?

Use the stud function of this nice sofware. Use three layers to compose the profile. I made an example of a 100x30x2 mm C-Profile holding mineral wool.

For the slotted material I would ask the supplier if they can provide a number of the thermal conductivity in vertical direction. They can do this with their FEM model. This you can use here by changing the heat conductivity of the steel by the virtual one.
